Domestic and Milch Animals
Did you know that man domesticated wolf about 15,000 years ago? Eventually, this species of domesticated wolves then went to become dogs.
Man was once a nomad, moving from place to place foraging for food and water. He would settle temporarily in safe places during seasons like winter and rainy seasons to avoid the elements. Then he began to settle down in places with good weather, water and availability of food all through the year. During this time, animals such as the wolf, wild cattle and sheep were domesticated for milk, food and farming.
