Health

You may have already experienced the effects of an illness. You may have felt tired, achy, and lazy. But do you know, if you don’t eat the proper foods each day, you can still feel all these symptoms?

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and also the state of being free from illness or injury.

Getting the proper nutrition combined with physical activity, to keep our bodies healthy is one of the important things we need to do to stay active and in tip-top shape.

Communicable Diseases

Droplet infection:

Infection transmitted by airborne droplets of saliva or sputum containing infectious organisms.

Water and Foodborne diseases:

Water and food-borne diseases are caused by consuming contaminated foods or beverages.

Vector Borne diseases:

Vector–borne diseases are infections transmitted by the bite of infected arthropod species, such as mosquitoes, ticks, triatomine bugs, sand flies, and black flies.

Prevention of Diseases and Immunization
